PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collection/delivery support system in which a collection/delivery route can be determined efficiently while considering remaining power stored in a battery mounted on an electric vehicle.SOLUTION: A collection/delivery support system comprises a collection/delivery management terminal 4 and a server 3. The collection/delivery management terminal 4 outputs information about collection/delivery destinations of registered luggage and information about charging places disposed within a range of collection/delivery. The server 3 calculates a collection/delivery route through the inputted collection/delivery destinations in order based on a distance that can be covered for an electric motorcycle 1. A portable terminal 2 acquires information about the distance that can be covered, from an ECU 140 of the electric motorcycle 1, and the server 3 calculates the collection/delivery route and estimated collection/delivery times including charging the battery at the charging places in the middle of the collection/delivery route based on the information about the distance that can be covered, and displays information about the calculated collection/delivery route and estimated collection/delivery times on the portable terminal 2 mounted in a body of the electric motorcycle 1. |
