PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunction machine capable of optimizing an interval time to decrease an overall processing time by using a punching time upon carrying out a bookbinding process that includes a punching process and a stapling process.SOLUTION: There is provided a multifunction machine 100 including a means 306 of measuring a punching time to measure a punching time necessary for a punching process, a means 307 of estimating a stapling time to calculate an estimated stapling time necessary for a stapling process supposing the stapling process is applied to a sheet bundle having been subjected to the punching process, using the punching time, and a means 309 of setting an interval time to set an interval time from a point of time when the last sheet constituting the sheet bundle is transferred until a point of time when the first sheet constituting the following sheet bundle is transferred, using the estimated stapling time. |
