The invention relates to a lightweight construction panel (1) having an upper face layer (1.1) extending in a longitudinal direction (X), having a lower face layer (1.2) extending parallel to the upper face layer (1.1), said lower face layer (1.2) being spaced apart from the upper face layer (1.1) in a direction (Y) perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (X), having a lightweight middle layer (1.3) extending between the upper face layer (1.1) and the lower face layer (1.2), and having a crosspiece (2), made of wood or wooden material, extending between the upper face layer (1.1) and the lower face layer (1.2). In order to simplify the production of a connecting arrangement (7), the invention proposes that the crosspiece (2) has a carved-out spring profile (3) and/or groove profile (4) which is designed to mechanically lock in the longitudinal direction (X) and in the direction (Y) perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (X) with a corresponding profile (3') of a further component (1, 5, 6, 6').
