The invention relates to medicine, in particular to thoracic oncology, and can be used for early laboratory diagnostics of paraneoplastic rheumatic syndrome in patients with lung cancer or with suspicion of lung cancer. Disclosed is a method that provides for bio-chemical blood investigation, wherein in complex determined are content of rheumatoid factor (RF), antistreptolysin-O (ASL-O), C-reactive protein (SRP), seromucoid, interleukin-6a (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) and activity of alkaline phosphatase. At normal level of RF (< 20 u./mml) and ASL-|O (< 200 units/ml) and increased levels of SRP (> 5 mg/l), seromucoid (> 0.250 u. opt. density), IL-6 (> 5 ng/l), TNF-α (> 50 ng/l), increased activity of alkaline phosphatase (>150U/ll) sub-clinical stage of paraneoplastic rheumatic syndrome is diagnosed for patient. The method makes it possible to increase substantially accuracy of early diagnostics of paraneoplastic rheumatic syndrome and to improve early diagnostics of lung cancer. |
