An installation for drying bulk disperse materials includes a high-frequency generator, short-wave range emitter as a rod, electro-conductive cylindrical drying chamber equipped with a system for its pumpdown and draining system for flow of water vapor and condensate, and a flat thermo-electric heater fixed on the outer surface of the drying chamber, with heat insulator installed there, this is connected to reflecting screen in such a way that the reflecting surface of the last one is directed towards the drying chamber, besides that the drying chamber is provided at both sides with hermetic removable flanges, one of those includes a matching device with adjustment unit fixed on it. Additionally it is equipped with a system of automated control of the level of power of reflected wave that includes connected in sequence measuring device for measurement of coefficient of standing wave, block for information processing and control, and an executive device. |
