A vibration signal generation device (10) comprising: a generation means (11) that generates vibration signals from audio signals; a calculation means (12) that calculates a vibration change point being a point on the time axis at which the time fluctuation of the audio signals fulfills prescribed fluctuation conditions; a correction means (13) that corrects the vibration signals such that the amplitude of the vibration signals immediately preceding the vibration change point is smaller than the amplitude of the vibration signals immediately after the vibration change point; and a control means (14) that controls the correction means so as to (i) determine whether or not correction processing is to be performed at the vibration change point, on the basis of the characteristics of the harmonic component included in the audio signal at the vibration change point, and (ii) perform correction processing if the determination has been made to perform correction processing.
