<p>PURPOSE: A towelette dispenser is provided to simplify a design, effectively reduce costs, facilitate the use and provide an improved barrier cap which seals the towelette dispenser hermetically for carrying and initial keeping. CONSTITUTION: An assembly of a container and a barrier cap comprises a container which includes: an opening end; a lid (10) which is accommodated by the container at the opening end and includes a base (12) having a central opening (18) restricted by an edge of a circumferential direction located at the inner space in a radial direction from the opening end of the container; and a barrier cap. The barrier cap is fixed to be adjacent to the opening end of the container in the peripheral edge of the barrier cap and includes a rupture guard part located at the inner space from a peripheral edge (28) of the barrier cap and an access member removably fixed to the barrier cap in the rupture guard part.</p> |
