CANNULA VALVE ASSEMBLY A surgical access device (1000) includes a housing member (1100), a tubular member (1150), a rotor (160) and a lever (140). The housing member (1100) defines a lumen therethrough and includes a port (180) in fluid communication with the lumen. The tubular member (1150) defines a longitudinal axis and a channel (152) therethrough in fluid communication with the lumen of the housing member (1100). The rotor (160) defines a longitudinal passage therethrough and a bore (166) on a sidewall of the rotor (160). The rotor (160) is rotatably associated with the housing member (1100) and is coupled to the tubular member (1150). The lever (140) is translatably mounted on the housing member (1100). Axial translation of the lever (140) causes rotation of the rotor (160) about the longitudinal axis between an open position in which the bore (166) is aligned with the port (180) providing a fluid communication between the port (180) and the tubular member (1150) and a closed position in which the side wall of the rotor (160) closes off the port (180).
