PURPOSE: A waved label with treated edge smoothly and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to weave label by preventing wrap yarn and weft yarn from being released but offer softness to skin. CONSTITUTION: A waved label with treated edge smoothly is an adhesive yarn comprised of four types of yarn (30) comprising a wrap yarn (10) and a yarn comprising a selvage yarn. The adhesive yarn has a melting point of 50-150. When the adhesive yarn is melted, the wrap yarn and the weft yarn are connected. A manufacturing method of the same comprises the following steps. When the wrap yarn and the left yarn are woven, the adhesive yarn is used. The woven yarn is heated to attach the wrap yarn to the weft yarn. The selvage yarn is cut with a cold knife.
