PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic apparatus that can smoothly discharge scale deposited in a container through electrolysis or gas generated in the container through electrolysis, out of the container, and to provide a temperature adjusting water supply machine provided with the same.SOLUTION: An electrolytic apparatus 41 is used for removing scale components contained in water. The electrolytic apparatus 41 includes: a container 47 having a water inlet 43, a water outlet 45 and a scale discharge portion 46 that can be opened and closed for discharging scale together with water; and a plurality of electrodes 51, 52 accommodated in the container 47. The scale discharge portion 46 is provided at the bottom 473 of the container 47, and at least the inner surface S1 of the bottom 473 is formed of a water-repellent material. |
