A disclosure level identification part 94 identifies a disclosure level of the content stored in a privacy setting DB for content use target persons 77 on the basis of the human relationship confirmed by the human relationship confirmation part 93. A content conversion part 95 converts the content in response to the disclosure level. A content management part 91 controls a communication part 74 to transmit the content to a PC of the requester requesting downloading of the content. This technique can be applied to a SNS system.
