PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservation order management device, a portable terminal device, a reservation order management system, a program, and a reservation order management method capable of changing reservation order appropriately, with reflecting intention of a patient.SOLUTION: The reservation order management device comprises: determination means for determining reservation order of multiple objects to be reserved by a person who makes a reservation, on the basis of predetermined regulations; check information transmitting means for transmitting check information to check whether or not the reservation order can be changed, to a portable terminal device the person who makes a reservation has; propriety information receiving means for receiving propriety information indicating either permission or rejection, transmitted from the portable terminal device in response to the transmitted check information; adjustment means for adjusting the reservation order, when the received propriety information is information indicating the permission; and adjustment result information transmitting means for transmitting adjustment result information indicating the adjustment result, to the portable terminal device. |
