PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having wiring layout of which the short-circuit defect is easily restored even at an intersection part where row-like wiring intersects column-like wiring.SOLUTION: A row-like wiring VL and a column-like wiring SL are formed of the same conductive layer, one wiring SL is notched at an intersection part where both wirings intersect each other, and the other wiring VL is formed so as to pass through a defective part where one wiring SL is notched to intersect one wiring SL. A pair of ends of one wiring SL, which face each other across the defective part are mutually connected by another wiring BP. The other wiring BP is separated from the row-like and column-like wirings VL, SL by an interlayer insulation film, formed of another conductive layer, arranged so as to intersect the other wiring VL by avoiding the defective part, and constituted so as to restore a short-circuit defect ER when the short-circuit defect ER is generated between the end of one wiring SL and the other wiring VL at the defective part. |
