PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of inflammatory disorders.SOLUTION: There is provided a homogeneous pharmaceutical composition comprising an anti-inflammatory and/or antihistaminic active ingredient, a polar lipid liposome and a pharmaceutically acceptable aqueous carrier, provided that the active ingredient is not cetirizine. In the pharmaceutical composition, an anti-inflammatory agent is the steroidal anti-inflammatory drug or the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, the anti-inflammatory drug is a PDE4 inhibitor or a leukotriene modifier, and the leukotriene modifier is a 5-lipoxygenase inhibitor, FLAP inhibitor or CysLT antagonist. |
