PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus of manufacturing an long obliquely stretched film capable of corresponding to various stretched conditions as well as securing a smooth tracked shape even though an elongated bent rail part is changed in any bent shape.SOLUTION: An apparatus of manufacturing an long obliquely stretched film includes: a tracked going rail part 11 and returning rail part 12 comprising at least one side of the rail; bent rail parts 11a, 12a being part opposing to the going rail part 11 and returning rail part 12, and capable of being bent; a first connected part 26b connected to the bent rail part 11a of the going rail part 11; and a second connected part 26c connected to the bent rail part 12a of the returning rail part 12, and also includes movable rail holding blocks 26, 26 with which the second connection part 26c can slide or swing. |
