PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication device, enabling insertion/extraction to/from an information appliance product, and capable of effectively working a function of transmitting the working state of the information appliance product to a cooperative information management system by a variable message.SOLUTION: From an information appliance product 4 connected through a contact-type connection unit 6, a code 16 representing the working state and a code 17 representing the operating date/time are acquired as a control signal. The date/time data is added to a file having an image and a text recorded in a variable record area 7. A controller 8 is provided to transmit from a radio communication unit 10 to an external server 9. Execution is made by power supplied from the information appliance product 4. |
