PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a momentum calculating device or the like capable of calculating a momentum when riding on a vehicle with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A momentum calculating device includes a first acceleration acquisition unit 101 for acquiring the acceleration of an upper half body of a rider of a vehicle, a second acceleration acquisition unit 102 for acquiring the acceleration of the vehicle, and an upper half body momentum calculation unit 103 for calculating the momentum of the upper half body of the rider of the vehicle by using the acceleration by removing the acceleration of the vehicle from the acceleration of the upper half body of the rider of the vehicle. |
