A system for assisting a user in completing formalities associated with a predetermined procedure includes a token issuing terminal for receiving data from the user/applicant and issue a token corresponding to the data input and a kiosk equipped with an user interface for receiving, processing and verifying information, documents, token issued and user/applicant identifiers submitted at the kiosk. The kiosk further includes a reader, a non-repudiating module, an biometric finger print module which is NFIQ Compliant and supports NIST standard, ICAO compliant photo enrolment module, a data storage module, an alert module, an envelope dispenser, at least two printers, a drop box, a multimode payment module which accepts cash and dispenses change, an two way assistance module, a verification module and fraud detection module. |
