PURPOSE: An establishment method of a manufacturing execution system and an apparatus thereof are provided to establish the system at a low cost and to manage subdivided manufacturing processes by applying standard manufacturing I/O devices. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing information I/O apparatus (100) comprises a first input unit (110), a second unit (115), a control unit (105) and a communication unit (120) which transmits manufacturing information to a process management server (130). The first input unit receives bar code input including a product bar code, a changed product bar code and a bar code about a cause of a detect and a quantity and transmits the bar code input to the control unit. The second input unit receives a quantity of a product which is being manufactured and information about manufacturing facilities and transmits the input to the external process management server through the communication unit. The communication unit connects the manufacturing information I/O apparatus and the process management server. The process management server receives manufacturing information from the communication unit and transmits the completion of the information reception to the communication unit.
