PURPOSE: A cold water tank in which a connection method for improving thermal conductivity is applied and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the adhesion and assemblability between a cold sink and a tank body by simultaneously pressing rivets penetrated through the cold sink with a press rod and fixing the cold sink to a second body. CONSTITUTION: A cold water tank in which a connection method for improving thermal conductivity is applied comprises a tank body (100), a cold sink (200), and rivets (300). A first body (110) and a second body (120) in which a plurality of penetration holes is formed are combined and an inner space is formed. The cold sink is connected to the rear surface of the second body faced in the front surface facing the first body, has penetration holes, and is formed to the direction facing the penetration holes of the second body. The rivets are inserted into the second body and the cold sink to the front surface of the second body and are riveted to the cold sink to the second body. A head part of the rivet positioned inside the tank body is made of steel use stainless (SUS) and a body part extended in the lower end of the head part is made of soft steel, light alloy, or copper alloy to be filled in the penetration holes of the second body and the cold sink by a riveting process. The lateral surface in which the second body and the cold sink are in contact with each other is ground to be flat. |
