摘要 <p>The component has a high temperature superconducting layer is that is formed in the surface of a substrate (1.1) with the stepped edge. A grain boundary (1.5) which constitutes the weak link of the Josephson junction, is formed at the stepped edge. The buffer layers (1.2,1.3) are arranged between substrate and superconducting layer. The a-crystal axis and/or b-crystal axis is formed on both sides of the stepped edge, in the plane of the superconductive layer. The axle are aligned with a variation of more than 10[deg] in perpendicular to the grain boundary by texturing buffer layer. An independent claim is included for method for manufacturing component.</p>
