PURPOSE: An optical sheet is easy to handle because the sheet is not easily damaged by external impact, has excellent refractivity, and prevents luminance loss. CONSTITUTION: An optical sheet includes a resin cured material which has a structured surface and is formed of a curable resin composition including metal oxide nanoparticles and organic compounds. When the upper side of the structured surface reaches maximum compressive force, and then the compressive force is released after the compressive force is maintained for 5 seconds, the elastic resilience rate represented by formula 1:[D1-D2]/D1×100 is 80 % or greater where D1 is the depth of external pressure applied and D2 is the difference between the height of the optical sheet when the external pressure is not applied and the height of the optical sheet when the external pressure is removed.
