PURPOSE: A carbon nanotube dispersing body and a dispersing method of carbon nanotube using the same are provided to effectively disperse the carbon nanotube to an organic solvent or a polymer without damaging the carbon nanotube. CONSTITUTION: A carbon nanotube dispersing body comprises a carbon nanotube, synergist, and polymer dispersing agent. The synergist is phthalocyanine compound which contains metal ion in the center.
