PURPOSE: A device to pull liner tubes for the non-digging construction is provided to improve the pulling efficiency by a pulling unit as being supported to upper and lower ends of an arrival manhole with a tension unit and a tension line. CONSTITUTION: A device to pull liner tubes (10) for the non-digging construction comprises a pulling unit (100), a guiding unit (210), an upper guide unit (220), and a lower guide unit (230). One or more guide rollers guiding a pulling line (15) of the liner tubes for the non-digging construction are rotatably installed in the upper and lower guide units. A tension line is installed to be vertically tensed between the upper and lower guide units. One end of the tension line is connected to be tensed to the upper guide unit and the other end is fixed to the lower guide unit. The upper guide unit is supported to the upper end of an arrival manhole and the lower guide unit is supported to the lower end of the arrival manhole. |
