PURPOSE: An automatic temperature sensor sensing error correcting method of a gas range is provided to improve reliability by preventing accuracy degradation of safety blocking and control due to sensing errors of a temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION: An automatic temperature sensor sensing error correcting method of a gas range comprises a subroutine performing step(S1), an average temperature calculating step(S2), an average temperature assurance step(S3), and a final error correcting value assurance step(S4). The subroutine performing step settles sensing temperature from a temperature sensor when each burner is not used in a control unit. The average temperature calculating step calculates average temperature of sensed temperature in no use of each burner. The average temperature assurance step assurances the calculated average temperature as the average temperature for correcting the temperature sensor. The final error correcting value assurance step assures a result value subtracting an assurance sensing temperature in no use of the temperature sensor from a standard temperature as a final correcting value.
