PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of color irregularities due to deviation in a relative positional relation between a light guide plate and a phosphor light-emitting portion, by letting a cover member pinch the light guide plate.SOLUTION: A cover member is provided with overlay members 4 which cover an end part of a front surface SUF4 and an end part of a back surface SUF5 of a light guide plate 3 and pinch the light guide plate 3, and a phosphor plate 1 pinched by a part of the overlay member 4 covering the end part of the front surface SUF4 of the light guide plate 3 and a part of the overlay member 4 covering the end part of the back surface SUF5 of the light guide plate 3.
