PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of restraining a body fluid in a top sheet from remaining on a surface of an opening-formed area of the top sheet having the opening-formed area in which an opening is formed and an opening-unformed area in which the opening is not formed.SOLUTION: A top sheet is a resin sheet having an opening-formed area 12 in which an opening is formed and opening-unformed area 5 and 14 in which the opening is not formed. The opening-formed area 12 is provided in an outlet facing area 16 facing at least a wearer's body fluid outlet; the top sheet 2 has a blood modifier layer provided on at least a surface of the outlet facing area 16; and a blood modifier of the blood modifier layer has an IOB (inorganic/organic balance) of 0 to 0.60, a melting point of 45°C or lower, and an aqueous solubility of 0.05g or less with respect to 100 g of water at 25°C. |
