PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin with antistatic performance containing a modified vinyl alcohol resin where a polyolefin resin and aliphatic polyesters are grafted.SOLUTION: An aliphatic polyester modified vinyl alcohol resin imparted with antistatic performance which is obtained by grafting aliphatic polyesters with a long chain length to a vinyl alcohol resin having many hydroxyl group units is used as a vinyl alcohol resin blended into a polyolefin resin.
