PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission for preventing torque shortage when shifting and improving durability and reliability, by improving molding manufacturability, by avoiding stress concentration of a connecting part between first and second keys and first and second sleeve rings to which a shock and torque are added when shifting.SOLUTION: A transmission includes first and second gears 1c and 2c rotatably installed on a shaft 5, a hub 10 fixed to the shaft 5 between the gears 1c and 2c, first and second keys 1k and 2k movably installed in the axial direction in a hub groove 13, first and second sleeve rings 1s and 2s movably installed in the axial direction on a hub outer peripheral surface and moved by interlocking with shift operation, first connecting mechanisms 1x for moving the keys 1k in the axial direction integrally with the ring 1s by connecting the first sleeve ring 1s and the first keys 1k, and second connecting mechanisms 2x for moving the keys 2k in the axial direction integrally with the ring 2s by connecting the second sleeve ring 2s and the second keys 2k. |
