PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable epoxy resin composition capable of forming a cured product having high heat resistance, light resistance and thermal shock resistance, and especially having excellent moisture/reflow resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a curable epoxy resin composition containing an alicyclic epoxy compound (A), a monoallyl diglycidylisocyanurate compound (B) represented by formula (1), an alicyclic polyester resin (C), and one or more kinds of compounds (D) selected from the group consisting of an organic zinc carboxylate and a zinc chelate compound.
