PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic apparatus that can suppress scale deposited in the electrolytic apparatus from flowing into a water heat exchanger located on the downstream side of the electrolytic apparatus, and to provide a temperature adjusting water supply machine provided with the same.SOLUTION: An electrolytic apparatus 41 is used for removing scale components contained in water. The electrolytic apparatus 41 includes: a container 47 having a water inlet 43 and a water outlet 45; and a plurality of electrodes 51, 52 accommodated in the container 47 and having an arithmetic mean surface roughness Ra of 10 μm or more.
