The invention relates to an integrated circuit comprising, in the BEOL (RITX) interconnection portion, at least one mechanical device (DIS) for detecting the spatial orientation and/or a change in the orientation of the integrated device, including a housing (CV), the walls of which have metal portions formed within different metallization levels, a metal part (1) placed in said housing and capable of movement therein, control means (PLR) defining a movement range (ZV) for the metal part inside the housing and including at least two electrically conducting members (PLR) provided at the edge of said movement range, said part (11) being designed so as to contact, by gravity, said at least two electrically conducting members (PLR) in response to at least one given spatial orientation of the integrated circuit, and means (MDT) for detecting an electric connection through said part and said at least two electrically conducting members. |
