Disclosed is a centrifugal, self-aspirating, mixing inverse umbrella aeration machine, wherein several three-phase mixing pipe sets are distributed on the surface of an impeller body (1), and each three-phase mixing pipe set comprises several three-phase mixing pipes. The several three-phase mixing pipes are distributed on the surface of the impeller body (1) in a radiating manner. Several layers of concentric deflector tubes extend downwards from the base of the impeller body (1). Several vertical siphons are distributed on an inner wall of the deflector tubes, the number of siphons distributed in each layer of deflector tube being the same as the number of three-phase mixing pipes in the corresponding three-phase mixing pipe set. One end of each three-phase mixing pipe is attached to the edge of the impeller body (1). The other end of each three-phase mixing pipe is in communication with each siphon, and each siphon has a negative pressure aspiration pipe at the connecting point with each three-phrase mixing pipe.
