A method for surgical treatment of benign diseases of the breast ductal system comprises the periareolar access by the affected breast ducts by resection, removal of tumors with breast ductal sector and affected tissue to the fascia of the pectoralis major muscle. Before performing the periareolar approach is preoperatively marked with marking zone of circular skin and areola epidermis removal. Then the circular epidermis removal is performed in the planned area of the areola and the skin incision followed by glandular parenchyma tissue to the desired length in the zone of areola and skin portion without epidermis. The surgical wound is stretched to the optimum length for functioning, with the removal of pre-labeled, or more ducts breast ducts and tracking their direction. The removal of tumors with breast ducts and sector affected tissue to the fascia of the pectoralis major muscle resection is performed by parenchyma of the gland with required volume in a cone, the apex facing the nipple, followed by mastopexy. |
