The method involves fixing a pre-mold (4) in a blowing cavity mold (8) to be closed by driving a closing unit (7). A blow mandrel (18) is inserted for blowing the pre-mold to a mold part. Contour tools e.g. sliders and/or cutting tools, are allowed to drive on blown-up pre-mold to produce depression and an inner trimming of the mold part. The cavity mold is ventilated with the mold part, and die heads and a plastic residual are removed. Contour and hydraulic movable cutting tools (10, 11) are supported by closing parts that are opened during retraction. The pile elements are manufactured from a thermoplastic material i.e. recycling plastic.
