[Problem] To implement an image capture lens with which overall length shortening and high resolution are implemented and an image capture device comprising this image capture lens. [Solution] An image capture lens is effectively formed from six lenses which are configured from: a first lens (L1) having a positive index of refraction and a convex face facing the objective side; a second lens (L2) having a negative index of refraction and a concave face facing the image side; a third lens (L3) having a positive index of refraction and a convex face facing the objective side; a fourth lens (L4) having a positive index of refraction; a fifth lens (L5) having a negative index of refraction and a concave face facing the objective side; and a sixth lens (L6) having a negative index of refraction, and an aspherical shape which is concave toward the image side near an optical axis on the face on the image side and convex at the circumference edge part thereof. Said image capture lens satisfies a prescribed conditional formula.
