PURPOSE: An assembly method of a bunch of reinforcing bars and a temporary fixing device are provided to allow a user to easily assemble the bunch of the reinforcing bars by attaching core reinforcing bars of a first bunch and a second bunch of the reinforcing bars without obstructing the outer main reinforcing bars. CONSTITUTION: An assembly method of a bunch of reinforcing bars comprises as a method for assembling a second bunch of the reinforcing bars to the upper part of a first bunch of the reinforcing bars of which the assembly is completed. While the distance between a first outer main reinforcing bar (11) around the second bunch of the reinforcing bar and a second outer main reinforcing bar (21) around a second bunch of the reinforcing bar is longer than the distance between a first core reinforcing bar (12) in the first bunch of the reinforcing bars and a second core reinforcing bar (22) in the second bunch of the reinforcing bars, the second bunch of the reinforcing bars are suspended to the upper side of the first bunch of the reinforcing bars. The outer main reinforcing bars are temporarily fixed by a temporary fixing device, and the first core reinforcing bar and the second core reinforcing bar are attached by a core reinforcing bar attaching unit.
