PURPOSE: A tracheostomy tube is provided to have high stability. CONSTITUTION: A tracheostomy tube comprises: one or more tracheostomy cannulas (2) within s domain having helical reinforcement (3); and one or more phonation openings (10) arranged within the tracheostomy cannula. The pitch of the helical reinforcement within the domain of at least one phonation opening is increased so that at least one phonation opening fits in between the turn portions of the two helical reinforcements. |
