PURPOSE: A filtering device for water treatment is provided to prevent the blockage of a space in which raw water is flowed in by cleaning the filter section which is in contact with the raw water, and easily and thoroughly clean the filter section. CONSTITUTION: A filtering device for the water treatment comprises a casing (102); a filter section; a scraping part (146): a backwashing part: a raw water supplying pipe (122); and a treated water discharge pipe (132). A precipitation part (114) is formed in the lower part of the casing. A central tube (126) is formed to the upper side of the precipitation part. The casing is formed around the lower end part of the central tube. The scraping part is arranged inside the precipitation part, and removes the sludge which is attached to the lower part of the filter section. A backwashing part is arranged on the upper side of the filter section and downwardly sprays the washing water to the filter section. The raw water supplying pipe supplies the raw water to the central tube.
