PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow efficient attachment of a pattern layer to an adherend, which has not been conventionally discussed at all, when integrating the pattern layer with the adherend through a burning process.SOLUTION: A label sheet 100 includes a release film 50 and one or more island-shaped labels 60 laminated on the release film 50 so as to be releasable. The label 60 includes: an adhesive layer 61 which is laminated on the release film 50 and is peeled from the release film 50 to have a surface on the release film 50 side stuck on a glass bottle 70; and a print pattern layer 62 which is laminated on the release film 50 via at least an adhesive layer 61 and is to be fixed to the glass bottle 70 by burning.
