PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alignment conveyer capable of determining quality of screws by preventing lateral oscillation of the screws when the screws are conveyed to a conveyance belt.SOLUTION: A conveyance belt 24 formed of a magnetic material is fixed to an outer circumferential surface of a rotating body 20. A vibration drive source 12 that finely vibrates is arranged immediately below two chute rails 11, 11. Tips of the chute rails 11, 11 and the vibration drive source 12 are arranged close to an outer peripheral surface of the conveyance belt 24. A determination unit is arranged to image a screw 1 erected near the tips of the chute rails 11, 11 and to determine quality thereof. No moment is generated in the vibration drive source 12, and upper surfaces of the chute rails 11, 11 are not inclined in a direction orthogonal to the conveying direction of the screw 1. The screw 1 magnetically attracted does not oscillate laterally, and stands still immediately. The image of the screw 1 captured by the determination unit is clear without blur, thereby allowing further correct determination on quality of screws. |
