PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a material yield in manufacturing a rubber product.SOLUTION: A molding die includes: a common mold 11 with a common recessed part 11a formed thereon; a premolding die 12 having a premolding recessed part 12a constituting a premolding cavity 14 together with the common recessed part 11a; and a main molding die 13 having a main molding recessed part 13a constituting a product molding cavity 21 together with the common recessed part 11a. An unvulcanized rubber material is injected to the premolding cavity 14 to form a premolded body Ga. A rubber product Gb is manufactured by separating the premolding mold 12 from the common mold 11, combining the main molding mold 13 with the common mold 11, while leaving the premolding product Ga in the common mold 11, heating the premolded body Ga, and vulcanizing and molding the premolded body Ga. |
