A method for the determination of human adaptive and compensatory mechanisms under action of high-frequency vibration in combination with noise and dust by measuring psychophysiological, physiologic, anthropomorphic and biochemical indices. Measured are loss of vibration sensitivity on a frequency of 63 Hz, loss of auditory sensitivity on a frequency of 500 Hz, content of noradrenaline in daily urine, range and switch of attention, muscle strength, peak expiratory flow, heart rate recovery period after exercise load, time of differentiated visual-motor response, chest capacity, height, fault of advanced responses to movable object, diastolic blood pressure, and Brugsch index is calculated. According to data obtained corresponding diagnostic factors are determined by table, those are summed, and when sum is (+20) and more the adaptive and compensatory mechanisms are assessed as normal, when sum is from (+19.9) to (-19.9) the state is assessed as overexertion, and when sum is (-20) and less the state is assessed as deterioration. |
