The arrangement (1) has an operating mechanism (2) i.e. circumferential traction rod bracket, arranged on a wing i.e. sliding wing, and moved along notch circumferential direction. A control lever (3) is swingably connected with the operating mechanism, and guiding parts are guided at a fixed enclosure. The guide parts are movably arranged at the wing transverse to the notch circumferential direction and swingably connected with the control lever. The guide parts include a rotational axis rotatable roller that is aligned perpendicular to the notch circumferential direction. An independent claim is also included for a window and a door.
