The filtration system (1) has a filter unit with an inlet and an outlet for discharging the cleaned exhaust gas, where the filter unit is formed as fine dust filtered particle filter with filter cartridge (4). The filter cartridge has sensors and a control unit (7) for monitoring the filter resistance and a compressed air dedusting for filter-cleaning for long-term maintenance function. The filter cartridges are made from aramid-, polyimide-, polytetrafluoroethylene-, metal-, ceramic- or glass fibers, and are arranged in a filter housing.
