PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a method of repairing the organic light emitting display device prevent a short circuit between a source electrode and a second electrode and between a drain electrode and the second electrode by filling a pin hole opening part, which is formed by using a laser, with an application part. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting device (70) includes a first electrode (710), an organic light emitting layer (720), and a second electrode (730). A thin film transistor (20) includes an active layer (136), a gate electrode (156), and a source electrode (187) and a drain electrode (188) connected to the active layer. A pixel definition layer (190) is placed between the source electrode and drain electrode and the second electrode. The pixel definition layer includes a pixel opening part (195) exposing the first electrode and a pin hole opening part (197) exposing one or more among the source electrode and the drain electrode. An application part (199) is filled in the pin hole opening part.
