FIELD: weapons and ammunition.SUBSTANCE: method of processing consists in the fact that powders and items on their bases arrive in turns to different sites of the complex. First to the site for unloading and temporary storage of replacement stock of ignition fuses of smoke rifle powder into boxes, then to the site for moistening of ignition fuses of smoke rifle powder in a box, then to the site for reloading of ignition fuses from smoke rifle powder from boxes into meshed bags. Then it is placed into a reservoir for soaking of ignition fuses of smoke rifle powder and is laid to the site for drying of ignition fuse wastes. After drying the wastes are moved to the site for loading into boxes, and then wastes are laid onto the site for burning.EFFECT: reduced economic costs, environmental pollution and fire and explosion hazard during recycling of smoke rifle powder through its dissolution in water with addition of surfactants.2 cl, 3 dwg, 5 tbl
