PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily solid cosmetic giving a light and soft sense of use while having adhesion feeling and achieving the uniformity of a film and excellent makeup durability.SOLUTION: An oily solid cosmetic includes ingredients (a)-(c): (a) a nonvolatile liquid silicone oil; (b) a crosslinked organopolysiloxane; and (c) two or more oil agents in semisolid state at 25°C selected from among petrolatum, dimer acid ester, adipate, sucrose fatty acid ester, lauroyl glutamate, and dipentaerythritol fatty acid ester. |
