PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform analysis of liquid or its ingredients at a plurality of channels for analysis by a simple mechanism.SOLUTION: A channel chip 1 includes: a plurality of channels 13a, 13b for analysis; a membrane 21 which fluctuates force which is applied to liquid L in at least one channel 13a for analysis; and a first opening 11 which alleviates propagation of the force fluctuated by the membrane 21 to the liquid L in the other channel 13b for analysis.
