PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle-ride type electric vehicle capable of sufficiently securing battery capacity.SOLUTION: A saddle-ride type electric vehicle includes: one main frame 4 extending to the rear side from a head pipe 3; a pivot frame 7 extending to the lower side from the rear end of the main frame 4; a motor unit 18 suspended by the main frame 4 and the pivot frame 7; a battery for supplying power to the motor unit 18; and a left shroud 26 arranged on the outside in a vehicle width direction of the main frame 4, covering the main frame 4 from the outside in the vehicle width direction, and constituting a vehicle appearance shape; wherein the battery includes a main battery 20 and a left sub-battery 28, the main battery 20 is arranged below the main frame 4 and in front of the motor unit 18, and the sub-battery 28 is removably supported to the left shroud 26. |
